ABOUT ME

Biography:
Glenn first picked up an SLR in the mid 1960's, and has barely stopped since.  His work has appeared in numerous books and magazines starting in the late 80's, with Key Porter Books, Ontario Nature (FON), Nature Canada, Equinox, Harrowsmith, Discovery Books, and Carlton Cards among the major publishers to have used Glenn's work.

Glenn's passion in photography has evolved from purely wilderness to include coastlines, wildflowers and rural areas, but the one common theme throughout is his work is his strong ties with the wild spaces and northern latitudes.  He comes by this fondness for northern regions honestly.  He has travelled the backcountry extensively in his work as a Bush Pilot, and has spent countless hours in canoes, sea kayaks and on snowshoes, from Southern Ontario to the mid-Arctic regions of Canada.  In addition he has his Honours B.Sc. from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario.

Currently Glenn's work is being represented by the All Canada Photos Stock Agency as part of a worldwide, high quality image distribution network.

Among Glenn's favourite photographers who influenced him the most are Freeman Patterson, Sherman Hines, the TimeCatcher team, David Ward and Joe Cornish, to name but a few.
